• Presentation of membership card at the Front Desk is required upon entering the facility.
• Membership cards and privileges are non-transferable.
• Membership dues, joining fees, and program fees, are subject to change.
• Please keep the Membership Office advised of your current home and office address and telephone numbers.  In case of emergency, updated personal information will save valuable time in obtaining assistance and information.
• Please contact the Membership Office if your type of membership category changes in any way (Marriage, Death, Age Restriction, etc.).
