Boot Camp - No guts, no glory in this total body workout! This class incorporates drills designed to enhance agility, speed, power, strength, and quickness. You’ll move around the room to a number of different stations - each designed for a specific exercise. Check “lazy” at the door when you step into this workout. Boot Camp works you head to toe so you’ll be ready for anything life brings.

Cycling - A challenging, heart pumping cardio workout on stationary bikes.
 
Intermediate Step Aerobics
- A basic cardio and toning step aerobics class
 
Muscle Works - Muscle Works is a total body conditioning workout designed to tone, sculpt and strengthen every muscle group in your body. We will use free weights, the step and an exercise band to achieve our goals. If you want to have a firm and lean body without bulky muscles, then this is the class for you!
 
SilverSneakers - Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, a SilverSneekers ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Step / Circuit-Training Aerobics - A total body workout combining two minute intervals of weights and cardio

Zumba - is a Latin-Inspired Dance Aerobic/Fitness Class. It is lots of fun and high energy. It is a class for ALL fitness levels; whether you have never exercised a day in your life or you are a marathon runner...this class is for you!!
