Know their stuff. They understand the basic principles of cardio respiratory and muscular fitness, incorporate safe movements and exercises into individual programs try to prevent injuries by practicing sound teaching principles and motivate participants at all skill and fitness levels.

Personal Training Session Fees
1 session/week: $20.00
2 sessions/week per visit: $18.00
3 sessions/week per visit: $15.00
